We help buyers find and purchase properties in the greater Lisbon area – including Lisbon itself and areas such as Cascais, Estoril and Sintra/Colares, to name but a few.
The founder, Ariel Glownia, is Portuguese by birth and has lived and worked internationally, whilst continually maintaining connections to the city. Observing Lisbon’s transformation into a vibrant, highly-desirable place to live, he was eventually drawn back by the city’s new-found confidence, energy and quality of life. Today, Lisbon is his home again.
Ariel’s knowledge, language skills and long-standing relationship with Portugal enable him to not only find outstanding properties to suit his clients’ lifestyles, but also to advise on the buying process in this special part of the world.

Vida Lisboa represents only buyers* and has access to nearly all properties available in the market. Our interests are aligned to yours - namely to find the best property to suit your needs. This means our advice is based only on your requirements (i.e. not pushing sellers interests and agendas).
* Occasionally, existing clients may appoint us to manage the resale of their properties. In such cases, this would be clearly pointed out when the properties are presented to new purchasing clients.

As your sole point of contact for your property search, we can also help you to remain focused, since you will not be distracted by having to deal with a multitude of different agents, keeping each updated with possible changing search criteria, arranging viewings etc.
